Gotcha. Yeah makes sense. I think all getting a supplemental 1st makes sense, but don’t really care either way. It’s an improvement over current.

I would add to make the picks non tradable. More for keeping teams from jumping new owners on assets they may not fully know the value of. I see new owners making deals before they understand the league. Having extra picks can make them a target pre draft. After picks are made, I dont care. But I dont want to see a new guy joining and then blowing his entire draft days later.

Okay, this passed pretty convincingly. So this new rule will take effect immediately for the 2021 draft.
When I get a chance I will add it to the rule book. But for now I have already added the 2 picks for Rattle Snakes to the draft board (1 after the 2nd & 1 after the 3rd). These picks are not eligible to be traded!
