Everyone,
I've been informed that I won Banda via an invalid auction. Banda is a prospect belonging to Washington. Flamesfan started the auction and I admit that I didn't check rosters prior to jumping into the auction. I usually do, but for some reason didn't in this instance and apparently neither did Flamesfan. Lesson learned that we all need to check prior to starting or jumping into an auction.
I've informed the commish and dropped Banda from my Yahoo roster. Banda did pitch one game while he was on my roster, so not sure how to deal with that situation (if there are any penalties associated with this).

Seems like everyone missed this, so no reason any penalties should be applied as it was an honest mistake that we all made in not catching.
