Please use this thread for all draft commentary. Post only player selections in the draft pick threads.
Pick Format: I don't really care how you post your pick as long as you use the players full name and give the team he plays for. I will figure it out from there.
Time Limit: Rule #102 - Teams will have 24 hours to make a pick. If a manager has not made his pick within 24 hours of the previous pick declaration, that pick will be skipped and the draft may continue. The manager of the skipped pick may make his selection at anytime but cannot select a player that has been drafted since he was skipped. Clock officially starts 2/24/20, 12:00pm ET.
Final Note: As a courtesy to the next man up and to keep the draft rolling, please send the manager that follows you a PM when it is his turn OTC.
Good luck!!

A couple of fun facts. 1. This is the 1st time since the inaugural draft in 2016 that Halfman does not own the #1 overall pick. Team starting to look good. Playoff team this season? 2. Speaking of the 2016 draft: Best selection - Vlad Guerrero #88 overall. Anyone think of one better? Worst selection - AJ Reed #13 overall...ouch! I should say my pick with the next selection might be the 2nd worst lol!

My inaugural draft class is not looking too good years later Yeah, yours is a little rough! Mine is not much better. Luckily I hit at #51 with Belli.

I’m happy with mine even with some turds like Cody Reed in there I managed to get Snell, Ohtani and Hader in the last round. A bit lucky I’d say!

Kopech is likely my last hope at landing a star. My draft classes have been a lot better since thankfully

My first draft in the league was in 2017. R.Acuna was my 1st round and Juan Soto was my 3rd round :-) I hope the luck will continue.

I am happy to be done with #1, my drafts have been all over the place but 2018 was good taking Tatis at 1.1 and Yordan Alvarez at 2.1

I thought I'd post a quick reminder of the awesome MiLB master list Nate made for us recently. It is a comprehensive list of all prospects owned by teams in our league. Give it a quick look before posting your pick. Its located in the 2020 rosters spreadsheet if you haven't seen it yet.
