I understood only 4 ILRs, I just didn't catch there's only 4 ILs, period. Please delete this for the time-being, thank you and my apologies.

To auction a player and give him a contract, he can only go in 1 of those 26 slots. So if you don't have an open roster spot, you have to cut someone with a cap hit. |
