You are correct. You can start a new auction now if you like.
Just a reminder for when you win an auction. You don't necessarily have to assign them a contract right away. You have until March 24th, 23:59 ET to get this done. Sometimes things change...maybe a trade offer and they want a longer deal for him. So just keep this in mind as you win more auctions.
